Gender Quota Targets and Corporate Culture

In this research project, we use data on gender quota targets and kununu to investigate the question of whether a company’s culture is a precondition or a consequence of its gender diversity efforts. We analyze whether corporate culture predicts how firms set gender quota targets, whether they achieve their targets, and whether their (perceived) culture changes in response to changes in gender diversity.
